Our Yemeni honey’s elite reputation is built through the distinctive features of the sacred Sidr trees (Ziziphus spina-christi) found in the mountains surrounding a remote valley called Wadi Do-an. Famous for their potent medicinal properties, the ancient Sidr Trees grow uncultivated in the desolated areas of Yemen, untouched by chemicals, drugs or modern machinery. Our co-operative of nomadic beekeepers harvest the honey naturally using centuries-old traditional methods, bringing it to you in the purest form available.
