Our Yemeni honey’s elite reputation is built through the distinctive features of the sacred Sidr trees (Ziziphus spina-christi) found in the mountains surrounding a remote valley called Wadi Do-an. This is the best raw honey I have had, I normally get the Side Do'ani but they had ran out of stock so I opted for this.. This one, the Sidr Balqees compared to the Sidr Do'ani is a little stronger in taste. Consistency is the same between the two. Good alternative
